How long does it take to get my page ready?
Generally between 3 and 5 business days after you send us your business information. Once we have your content and style preferences, we get to work immediately.
What is the free seats rotation?
The free plan has limited seats. Every week we evaluate the performance of active pages (visits, interactions, updates). Pages with low engagement or that are inactive get replaced by new businesses on the waitlist. This ensures free spots go to businesses that actually use them.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade from Free to Pro or Platinum whenever you want. The change takes effect immediately and billing adjusts in the next cycle.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Pro and Platinum plans are month-to-month. Cancel whenever you want, no penalties, no fine print.
How do I pay?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment gateway. Billing is automatic and monthly.
What about my domain in the Platinum plan?
We help you purchase and configure your custom domain (.com, .mx, etc.). If you already have one, we connect it at no extra charge.
What if I need to update info on my page?
In Pro and Platinum plans, you can request content updates (hours, prices, photos, etc.) and we normally apply them within 24–48 business hours.
Do I need to know about technology or have a corporate email?
Not at all. We handle everything: hosting, domain, emails, security. You just focus on your business.
