Note: Aparece does not directly store credit or debit card numbers. Payment processing is handled by Mercado Pago, which has its own privacy and security policies.

3. Purposes of data processing

Primary purposes (necessary for the service)

1. Create, design, and publish your website on the Aparece platform
2. Maintain, update, and manage your website according to your plan
3. Communicate with you via WhatsApp, email, or phone to follow up on the service
4. Process payments, issue receipts, and manage your subscription
5. Register and manage your subdomain on the Aparece platform (paid plans)
6. Provide technical support and customer service
7. Comply with legal obligations and requirements from competent authorities

Secondary purposes (you may opt out without affecting the service)

1. Sending promotional communications, updates, and service offers
2. Conducting satisfaction surveys
3. Statistical analysis and platform improvement

5. Any document or information that helps locate your data

Aparece will respond to your request within a maximum of 20 business days from the date of receipt of the complete request. If granted, it will be implemented within the following 15 business days.

6. Revocation of consent

You may revoke the consent granted for the processing of your personal data at any time by sending a request to hello@aparece.mx with the subject "Revocation of consent".

Please note that revoking consent for the processing of data necessary for the provision of our services may result in the inability to continue providing our services and, where applicable, the cancellation of your subscription.
